However, an online experience cannot truly capture the warmth, enthusiasm and unique spirit that makes our School so special.  We warmly invite you to visit us in person to explore the School firsthand, to meet our dedicated staff and to see the joyful energy of our pupils as they learn and grow.

GLOBAL PERSPECTIVES FOR A CHANGING WORLD

ADMISSION PROCESS

Step 1 - Join us for a visit

Step 2 - Register for a place

We hope that you will decide to register your child for a place, following your visit (please remember to pay the registration fee of £120, for which payment details can be found towards the end of the form). 

Step 3 - Fun & informal assessment 

Once registered, your child will be invited to a fun and informal assessment in the early part of the autumn term, almost a year before they would be due to join. Registration is advisable by the end of the summer term of that year. 

 

Step 4 - Offers sent out

Following our main assessments, first offers are made by the end of the first half of the autumn term, with a waiting list in operation for those who narrowly missed out.  

 

Step 5 - Offer acceptance

Places are accepted by completing and submitting a Form of Acceptance and arranging payment of the Acceptance Deposit of £1500.

You're Invited

We host regular Open Days and you are warmly invited to join us at our next one on Friday, 2nd May at 2pm to 4pm.

Individual Visit

Arrange an Individual Visit

Alternatively, if you would like to arrange an individual visit to find out what sets Lochinver House apart please contact Anne Meir. This will give you the opportunity of an in-depth discussion about your enquiry with the Headmaster, Jonathan Wadge, a comprehensive tour of the School and answers to any questions you might have.
